Account Requirements

To create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Valid email address.
• Secure password.
• Professional credentials (for CPA accounts).
• Business information (for firm accounts).

Permitted Uses

• Do not misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• Do not access areas of the service you are not authorized to use.
• Do not upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and included features are described on our Pricing pages or within your account.

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge applicable fees to your selected payment method.

TaxMD™, the platform, and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by TaxMD™ and protected by intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaxMD™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the platform.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by local law.
